• Develop, implement and control quality management process to ensure all quality objectives are achieved.
• Investigate the causes and take countermesure and make report related to quality
• Prepare documents for internal, outside audit and visit of customers.
• Responsible for managing, coordinating and traning for the team.
• Directly work with customers, business partners in related activities
• New models development.

1. Gender: Male, Age 28 - 35
2. Education level: Degree or post graduate Diploma in relevant field.
3. Working Experience

5+ years experience in QA – QC, New model development; Automotive industry company experience is a must.    

4. Skills
   • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges Able to work independently and within a team.
   • Be Familiar with 7 QC tool, 8D, SPC, PFMEA, PCQT...

Knowledge in IATF-16949 is preferred.

• Leadership, result oriented, execution, proactive, good analytical skill and strong decision making.
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
• Good interpersonal and communication to work with customers and work with support team from other countries and from different cultures.
• Computer knowledge, presentation skill.
