- Prepare Monthly & Daily Production planning (Monthly)

 - Assembly parts forecast and inventory control

 - Semi-FG and FG (Finished Goods) inventory control

 - Calculate pallet required and supply for daily production (Daily)

 - Monitor the result of daily production (Daily)

- Ensure sufficient buffer to meet customer delivery requirement (Daily)

- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required customer standards

- Ensuring compliance of established Warehousing & Delivery area procedures (Daily)

- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes (Daily)

- Communicate with customer for any issue with respect to delivery & logistic

- Involve with the development team/ New Model team for new model introduction activity with

respect to production planning, logistics and warehousing requirement (Project basis)

- Ensure safe workplace and compliance to forklift safety standard (Daily)

- Prepare monthly report for Production Manager with respect to Warehouse and logistic (Monthly)

1. Age 28 – 35, priorty to people living in Vinh Phuc.
2. Education level: Degree or post graduate Diploma in relevant field

3. Working Experience

5+ years related work experience, manufacturing company a must, automotive industry experience preferred    

4. Skills
   • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges Able to work independently and within a team
   • Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
   • Computer knowledge, data analysis and presentation skill.
   • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
