2.1. Production:

- Execute Production & Operation plan

- Monitor and enforce Work Procedures (WI)

- Ensure smooth Production operations

- Address Production Issue & Provide Production report

- Manage manpower

- To comply with the implementation of safety rules and regulation

- To plan, hire and manage workforce effectiveness and efficiency on the production line.

- Involve in Production continuous improvement activities to optimize Production quality,

  capacity, and cost efficiency

- On-the-Job Training (OJT), Kaizen for employee development

2.2. Maintenance:

- Ensure completed daily, Month and Yearly PM (check sheet)           

- Check spare part condition and available.

- Support improvement in machine capability

- Support in adjustment and setting machine equipment

- Minor and Major services equipment.

- Do W.I (Work Instruction) for maintenance procedure repair and checking.

- Communicate & Work with suppliers or service companies for repairing and maintenance.

1. Age 28 - 35
2. Education level:  Degree or post graduate Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.

3. Working Experience

5+ years relative work experience, manufacturing company a must, automotive industry experience preferred.    

4. Skills
   • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges Able to work independently and within a team.
   • Knowledge in Production system.
   • Knowledge in Machinery, Preventive Maintenance (PM), troubleshoot during machine Breakdown
   • Problem solving skill
   • Able to make decision
   • Manpower handling
   • Process control & adequate supervisory skill.
   • Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
   • Computer knowledge, Auto-CAD skill, presentation skill.
